Our bare wire products are designed for internal wiring of audio components, speakers, and various types of audio cables, ensuring optimal sound performance.

Key Specifications:

  • Diameter Range: 0.1 mm to 4 mm
  • Flat Wire Dimensions: Thickness starting from 0.1 mm, width up to 5 mm (custom specifications available)
  • Material Tempers:
    • AST Optimized Temper for best audio performance (not suitable for heat or cryogenic treatment)
    • Fully annealed

Diameters in stock:

  • 0.35 mm
  • 0.55 mm
  • 0.75 mm
  • 0.95 mm
  • 1.15 mm

Pure virgin PTFE insulation tubing available.
